Festive Season Opening Hours

Its that wonderful time of year again and naturally there will be some changes to operating hours.

There will be a skeleton staff working over the festive season. Memberships will still be processed and posted the same day and on the next working day if you join on a weekend or public holiday. You should also know that the post may be slower than usual to reach you as a result of Australia Post’s busy Christmas period.

Our telephone lines will cease to be operational from noon today but will resume at 8.30am on Tuesday, 29 December 2009. Our telephones will cease to be operational again at noon on Thursday, 31 December 2009 but will resume at 8.30am on Monday, 4 January 2010. We recommend that you join via online, fax, or post in the event that you would like to join over the telephone at a time when the telephone lines are not operational.

Head Office on Skeleton Staff for Public Holiday

Today is the Brisbane Show holiday and therefore a public holiday in Brisbane city.

The NobleDentist head office is manned with skeleton staff for administration and membership processing.

New Frequently Asked Questions

As you may know, NobleDentist has been endeavouring to make several improvements to the website in response to suggestions from members. Stage 1 of these improvements are virtually complete. Of particular benefit to members and potential members is the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Roughly 20 new questions have been added to the list of Frequently Asked Questions. The list of questions have also been organised into several headings – Membership Questions, Dental Fee Questions, Payment Questions, NobleDentist with Private Health Insurance Questions, Participating Dentist Questions, Treatment Questions, and Miscellaneous Questions.

We encourage everyone to use the Frequently Asked Questions to find an answer to their question before Contacting Us. We hope this will assist you and save you a good deal of time waiting for our response.

Exciting Website Improvements.

This is just a short note to inform all of you that from 6pm yesterday evening improvements on the NobleDentist website were being implemented. These had been planned for several months.

A number of the improvements include the addition of a Recent Testimonials page, new Frequently Asked Questions, and a simpler Become a Member page. A particularly special improvement is within the list of Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne of dentists where we have separated the list of dentists into Highly Recommended and Recommended – the dentists listed in the Highly Recommended have been placed in that list due to a higher than usual amount of positive feedback from members.

The improvements will continue to be implemented today but will not affect the operation of the website.

Happy New Year!

This is just a short note to let you that almost all staff have returned from holidays. We trust you enjoyed the festive season. We have many new additions to our services in 2009. NobleDentist will be adding many more locations Australia wide. We will also be improving the website to include more details about the individual practices. These details will include opening hours, services, parking details, proximity to public transport etc. It will also let you know whether a practice is ‘Highly Recommended’ or ‘Recommended’ based on the feedback we receive from members.

Festive Season Wishes & Opening Hours

NobleDentist will continue to run as per normal during the festive season.

The office will be closed on the public holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing day, and New Years day. Memberships will still be processed and posted to you outside of these times. So, turnaround times will be the same as usual – join before 4pm Brisbane time and your membership will be posted to you that day.

The NobleDentist team has enjoyed immensely assisting so many members in 2009. And we look forward to doing so for many years to come. For now, we simply wanted to wish all of you a joyous and safe festive season from the NobleDentist team.

NobleDentist Relocates Office & Changes PO Box Address

We simply want to let everyone know that NobleDentist is relocating from Bulimba, Queensland to Brisbane (CBD), Queensland. Our PO Box is therefore changing from PO Box 2088, Tingalpa QLD 4173 to PO Box 10540, Brisbane QLD 4000. We will be updating the PO Box on all forms, stationery, and website very soon. Mail posted to the previous PO Box will be forwarded to the new PO Box.

NobleDentist is Moving Offices & Upgrading Telephone Systems

We simply wanted to let you all know that NobleDentist will soon be shifting offices from Bulimba, Queensland into the Brisbane, Central Business District. Preparation for the move has already begun but shoud be finalised within 7 days.

NobleDentist will also be upgrading its telephone systems. We are attempting to make the transition as smooth as possible however we ask for your patience if you enounter any teething issues.

***NobleDentist Team Return From Public Holiday***

After a public holiday in Brisbane yesterday, the NobleDentist team have returned to work today.

We ask for a little patience as we address email and telephone enquiries from yesterday and today.
If you call our 1300 number and are prompted to leave a voice message then simply do so and a telephone consultant will return your call shortly. Thank you.

***Public Holiday in Brisbane***

NobleDentist will have a smaller than usual number of staff working today due to a public holiday in Brisbane.

Membership applications submitted by 4pm will certainly be processed and posted to you today.

In the event you have an enquiry then emailing NobleDentist will still receive the quickest responses. There are however fewer than usual telephone consultants working today. If you are prompted to leave a message, simply do so as a telephone consultant will return your call shortly. Priority will be given to people requiring urgent appointments.
