After a public holiday in Brisbane yesterday, the NobleDentist team have returned to work today.

We ask for a little patience as we address email and telephone enquiries from yesterday and today.
If you call our 1300 number and are prompted to leave a voice message then simply do so and a telephone consultant will return your call shortly. Thank you.

NobleDentist will have a smaller than usual number of staff working today due to a public holiday in Brisbane.

Membership applications submitted by 4pm will certainly be processed and posted to you today.

In the event you have an enquiry then emailing NobleDentist will still receive the quickest responses. There are however fewer than usual telephone consultants working today. If you are prompted to leave a message, simply do so as a telephone consultant will return your call shortly. Priority will be given to people requiring urgent appointments.

NobleDentist telephone lines are fully operational again after a Optus fibre optics issued affected our telephone lines today. We can once again be reached on 1300 657 395 or via email.

Telephone lines to NobleDentist are currently down. A report from www.news.com.au explains below.

A MAJOR telecommunications fault has shut down mobile and landline phone calls and internet connections in Queensland and some parts of New South Wales.

Optus today blamed a broken fibre optic cable on the Gold Coast for the widespread outages and said mobile phone services and all calls to and from fixed line numbers were affected.

The fault has also disrupted internet access to servers outside Queensland from within the state.
Problems have also been reported by customers in northern New South Wales and users on the 3 mobile network.

Several businesses have reported problems processing EFTPOS payments and it is believed some ATMs could also be affected.

This is a short note to let you know that the NobleDentist office will be closed on Monday, 9 June 2008 for the Queen’s birthday holiday. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, 10 June 2008. Membership applications received over the public holiday long weekend will be processed and posted on Tuesday, 10 June 2008. The NobleDentist Team wish you all an enjoyable public holiday.
