There are several reasons you may not have received a response.

  1. If you have sent us an email, consultants respond in roughly 1 - 3 work days.
  2. If the answer to your question is on the website, consultants respond in 4 - 5 work days.
  3. If your question is related to dental treatment, consultants do not respond.
