Annual membership is just $39.95 ($99.95) for individuals, $59.95 ($129.95) for couples, and $79.95 ($149.95) for families. Your membership card is posted to you the same day you join. If you need to visit a dentist urgently, you can use your membership receipt until you receive your membership card.
