NobleDentist Member Referral Bonus rewards members of the NobleDentist community who spread the word about our benefits to family and friends. Members receive 3 bonus months of membership FREE for each new membership that is a result of their referral.

How it works?

1. Applicant begins a regular application or an online application which can be located by clicking on Become a Member.
2. Applicant chooses ‘Member Referral’ when asked ‘How did you hear about NobleDentist?’.
3. Applicant enters the Member first name and Member last name.
4. Applicant completes the application.
5. NobleDentist credits this member an additional 3 months of membership FREE once the application is processed.
6. A new membership card with revised expiry date is sent to the member just prior to the expiration of the original membership card.

Terms & Conditions

1. In General.
1. NobleDentist currently offers a Member Referral Bonus program ("the bonus") to all members. By participating in the Bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
2. Member Referral Bonus.
1. Eligibility. This Bonus is open to all NobleDentist members. NobleDentist reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time within thirty days of notifying users. Should the program be discontinued, you will receive the full bonus for new members you have referred under the following terms.
2. Persons Who May Be Referred. You must only refer NobleDentist to individuals AND BUSINESSES with whom you have a pre-existing personal or business relationship (a "member"). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not obtain names for referral from i) group email addresses or ii) THIRD PARTY BULK MAILING LISTS, CUSTOMER LISTS OR email lists.
3. No Spamming. We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited email to numerous recipients ("spamming"). Any NobleDentist member who spams other Internet users for referral bonuses will have his or her membership terminated immediately and permanently.
4. Number of Member Referral Bonuses. For a limited time, there are no restrictions on the number of Member Referral Bonuses you may earn.
5. Bonus Requirements. For each member that you refer to NobleDentist, who completes the new member bonus requirements below, we will credit a bonus, under the following guidelines, to your NobleDentist membership. A member will only be deemed to have been referred for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions if:

   i. They are not a NobleDentist member at the time of the NobleDentist Referral

   ii. They sign up for a Individual or Family NobleDentist membership

   For all referrals, you must have a NobleDentist membership in good standing. All conditions must be met before the Bonus expires.

6. Bonus. The Member Referral Bonus is a reward agreement in that a bonus three months of membership will be granted to members who refer new memberships with NobleDentist. An extra three months of membership will be granted at no cost to the member for each new membership referred. Refer one membership and receive an additional three months of membership. Refer two memberships and receive an additional six months of membership. Refer three memberships and receive an additional nine months of membership and so on.
7. Method of Referral. To receive an additional three months of membership for referring a membership, the applicant must join for his or her NobleDentist membership by completing an online application at www.nobledentist.com.au.
3. Additional Terms and Conditions.
1. Bonus Period. NobleDentist reserves the right to discontinue the Bonus for any reason, at any time and for any duration at its sole discretion, and without notice.
2. Remedies for Your Noncompliance. If NobleDentist determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you under the Bonus.
3. Limitation of Liability for NobleDentist. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, NEITHER NOBLEDENTIST NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS OFFER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS FROM THIRD PARTIES.
4. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and NobleDentist with respect to the Bonus.
5. Variation of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by NobleDentist in its sole discretion at any time and these amendments and modifications will apply to you when you use the NobleDentist service. Any such amendments will be posted to this page and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for such amendments.
6. Severance. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions.
4. Governing Law.
1. These Terms and your dealings with NobleDentist are subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia.
